- Strategic Consulting: He has consulted for premier recruitment agencies and technology companies across North America, designing frameworks that attract, retain, and develop top-tier, underrepresented talent. He is also a facilitator with the Halton Equity & Diversity Roundtable.

Banjo’s unique perspective is grounded in his international experience and a robust academic foundation in Policy, Human Resources, and Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Anti-Racism (EDIA-R). This global, interdisciplinary lens allows him to design equity programs that are both authentic and sustainable.
